License to Perptexiltai

AI Training

We may use anonymized and aggregated data to train and improve our AI models. No personally identifiable information is used in this process.

Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or violates any third-party rights.

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Billing Cycle

Cancellation

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new rates.

• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our platform
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our services
• Creating content that violates intellectual property rights
• Automated scraping or data extraction without permission

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perptexiltai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the six months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
